Staying for one night as a solo traveler was a mixed experience. The room had a nice bright atmosphere, and the bathroom was clean with good hot water – something that made my stay comfortable. I was disappointed to find the fridge was not usable due to an awkward electrical setup, and it was frustrating that I couldn’t make use of it. Still, I enjoyed how close I was to the Jonker Street Night Market, allowing for an easy stroll for some delicious street food.

Location is key, just a stroll to Jonker Street. Loved the comfy beds and modern bathroom setup.

Restroom difficulties with lighting, poor functioning fridge, alarmingly loud air conditioning unit!!! door to the room requires excessive force to open!!! Improvements needed for overall room safety and comfort!!!

The room was cozy, but the shower pressure was really weak.

the air conditioning in my room was moldy smelling, not very enjoyable for my delicate senses. also, the towels felt like sandpaper on my skin. after such disruptive chaos, I expected a room upgrade as a courtesy, but of course, that didn’t happen. almost gave this place a good review but just couldn’t.

Great spot for a getaway with friends! We had a blast visiting the longest coral aquarium in Malaysia and checking out local attractions nearby. The location is super strategic, making it easy to explore the town, and the price is very affordable. Plus, there was a nice breakfast selection too!

One bummer was that the room felt cramped, especially in the triple setup. It was hard to move around comfortably.

The Deluxe Double Room had everything we needed like hair dryer, iron, and a fridge. Loved the water dispenser outside the room. The shower and bidet had great water flow. We were close to the river and the night market. Lots of parking too. Super clean linens and very comfy beds!

The location is a significant plus, with easy walking access to key attractions and ample parking space. A convenient water dispenser outside the room was appreciated, and the bathroom featured a good water flow in the shower. the overall condition of the hotel showed signs of neglect, including peeling paint and cramped rooms. Breakfast had a hit-or-miss quality, and the noise from the nearby mosque could be disturbing for light sleepers.

i had a wonderful valentine's day stay at the hallmark, which exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit in the city. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant jongker street, where i enjoyed local street food and shops. the spacious bathroom and comfortable beds made my stay cozy and enjoyable.

the wi-fi was not very good from the room.
